Research on seamless communication system based on IEC 61850 and 61970

Considering the situation that the existing SAS and EMS can not satisfy the demands of rapid development of computer and communication technology,the standards of IEC 61850 for SAS and 61970 for EMS have been issued by IEC TC57.These two standards have defined data models and corresponding interface standards respectively,but there are no unified ones between themselves.According to the request of TC57 strategy advisory panel,the integral communication architecture under the present technological level should be seamless.Aiming to this problem,the author introduces the main contents and the characteristics of IEC 61850 and 61970 standards,and designs the seamless communications system based on these two standards.
