Research on customer relationship management system based on data warehouse

The concept and structure of data warehouse are briefly introduced. In this paper, demands of customer relationship management system for data warehouse are analyzed, then data modeling techniques for data warehouse are discussed and star-snowflake schema of customer subject is built in the customer relationship management system. In the end, a data warehouse-based solution to the customer relationship management system is provided.
