On Proofreading Quality of Journals in Institutions of Higher Learning

Proofreading is an important and indispensable step in journal editing.It is also a creative job of knowledge and writing.The quality of proofreading plays an important role in improving the quality of the Journal.To improve the proofreading quality lies in the following factors: to improve the quality of the redactors,to use the scientific ways of proofreading,and to implement the policy of three proofing,one reading.
