Research on Intelligent Multicast Based on the Transmission Characteristics of Meteorological Data

Research is mainly about the intelligent multicast of meteorological and hydrological data based on the characters of data,channel and node.And a technical framework that implement service layer multicast using overlay network is proposed.Besides,research includes character extraction and matching technology,service layer multicast communication protocol and switching technology within different network environments,and character-driven service layer multicast intelligent scheduling methods.
