The Research on the Assessment of Uncontainded Debris Hazard

In order to meet the relevant Aviation Regulations about the subject,based on the assumptions of the infinite energy of the uncontained debris,the basic items about the analysis are introduced,and the process used to assess the hazards of the uncontained debris are given,then the algorithm of the comprehensive hazard risk and the average overall risk are also established.
