An Image Encryption Algorithm Based on Bit-Computation

A nonlinear bit sequences generating algorithm based on chaotic system is presented,and an image encryption algorithm based on bit-computation is presented as well. Firstly,the image is pretreated by permutation based on chaotic system; secondly the bit sequence obtained by the pixel gray value are also be permuted; finally,the bit sequence is operated by XOR with the pseudo-random sequence generated from the chaotic system,and the encrypted image is obtained. Simulation results show that the algorithm is more efficient and secure.
