Coordinating strategy of one-to-many automated negotiation

This paper mainly researches coordinator how to coordinate multiple,concurrent one-to-one negotiations using coordinating strategy in one-to-many negotiation.Firstly,relative utility theory is proposed.Then coordinating strategy based on relative utility theory is proposed.This coordinating strategy can deal well when multiple,concurrent one-to-one negotiations all satisfy utility evaluation,especially having multiple maximum same utility offers.Coordinating strategy insures multiple,concurrent one-to-one negotiations effective,robust and in order.
