The river cross section diagram mapping is one of the basic tasks of ordinary engineering surveying.Combined with the practical experiment,this paper discussed method of communicating between AutoCAD and existed profile data,and the quick,automatic and batch quantity methods for mapping the river cross section diagram using the Visual LISP integrative developing environment.
