Application of WebGIS to Defending Flood of City and Managing the Information of Dike

On the basis of the technology of webGIS,the solvable program and realizing solution of defending the flood of city and managing the information of dike are analyzed,at the same time this program's condition of soft and hard,structure,contain,function and characteristic are expounded.It has some value of application. There is an example of Anqing city to explain it's important use in analyzing flood and managing the information of dike.
