The Noise Test Method for Sound Toys

Aiming at the complex test steps and the low test efficiency in toy noise testing,we put forward a test method by identifying different microphone testing positions for different types of toys.The toy noise testing environment,each kind of toy testing installation,test conditions,test method,test point position determination,and the test results analysis are discussed in detail.It emphasized on introducing the test result uncertainty calculation method,analyzing the uncertainty sources in measurement,establishing the mathematical model of the uncertainty calculation by close-to-ears toy as example.It is pointed out that the noise test method is applied to solve the key problem for sound toys testing,and to improve the test accuracy and test efficiency.
