Analysis and Design of the Tag-based Information Content Security

In view of solving the Internet's problem of being lack of effective information management,this paper analyzes the W3C' s the Platform for internet Content Selection(PICS) design.The Internet information content is managed by using tags classification method and a hierarchical structure of the tags security protection measures is designed.The key technologies of hierachical management structure and security technology of tags are discussed.The system has a certain value for the management of Internet information content.
