Gaogang Hydropower Complex,Taizhou City in Jiangsu Province,is one of water source project in the east route of South to North Water Diversion.The development and application of automation system in Gaogang Pumping Station are elaborated.The information management system of a large pumping station on the basis of Rich Internet Applications(RIA) framework is analyzed;the hardware structure of the system,human-computer interface,operating effects and its exemplary role in the management field of pumping station project are also briefly described.
