In the principal-agent relationship in state-owned grain buying and selling enterprises,the relationship between the central and local governments is a kind of complete information dynamic game and the relationship between the government and state-owned grain buying and selling enterprises is a kind of incomplete information dynamic game.To optimize the principal-agent relationship in state-owned grain buying and selling enterprises,the right and responsibility of the central and local governments in grain controling should be divided reasonably and the incentive mechanism and supervision system in state-owned grain buying and selling enterprises should be improved effectively.
