The FAT based on BDD is a way to analyze system.Transforming the FAT to BDD is the first step.The second step is to analyze BDD.During the transformation,the order of basic events is important.The following analysis is infected.The ordering problem is focused on.Some rules used in digital electronic are used to cut down the node number of BDD.It is proved that the number of the node of BDD can be reduced to a half if you order the basic events by random.The number even can be the least.
