Mobile service is a new domain of GIS.The paper describes the data feature in mobile service from the point of view of application and discusses the principle of several data models and their application samples.Different data models lead to the difficulty in data sharing among the agencies. Therefore, the paper introduces a integrated data model, which enables the inter-translating among these data models,so enhances the extent of data sharing.
