Design and development of intelligent surveillance system using code book detection

The video detection algorithm has not been applied with the drawback of low detection rate.In this paper,two methodologies have been employed to overcome the drawback.To reduce the complexity of the occasions of surveillance,the scene was kept unchanged.Then a small local area was specified for surveillance so that the other part of the scene was unnecessary to be processed.And the computational complexity was reduced dramatically.With these methodologies,a new surveillance system based on code book was developed.
