Broadcasting Multi-signature on Generalized Conic Curve over Z_n

On basis of the introduction of the order and the base point on the generalized conic curve over Zn,the discrete a logrithm problem,plaintext embedding and decoding algorithm,this paper discusses a broadcasting multi-signature scheme.The security of the scheme is based on the factoring and discrete logarithms simultaneously.It can not only speed up the inverse operation and embed plaintext easier,but also resist Pohlig-Hellman's attack and Wiener's attack.
