Education and scientific research management information system can achieve the full information management functions of the issues management.Education and scientific research management information system architecture adopted heterogeneous mode,a variety of construction mode,using the object-oriented model,event-driven mode and pipe filter model.The paper briefly described two kinds of architectures construction mode,event-driven mode and pipeline filter mode.Education research Management Information System architecture in Tianjin was also introduced in this paper.This paper briefly introduced user management,system maintenance,parameter setting,system log and security policy.Research and implementation of Education Scientific Research Management Information System in Tianjin could effectively improve the information level of education science planning projects management in Tianjin.It also made work efficiency and research state better.
