The main functions of the system are collecting information of water level,rainfall,real-time image,water temperature,atmospheric pressure and even the dam safety information.The real date can be firstly encrypted and timely and dynamically transported to the server of a water administrative section;then stored in the backstage supporter's database automatically after deciphering check-up.And finally the management information system will undertake data management,inquiry,statistical analysis,emergency processing and decision support.
