Analysis and Improvement on the Formula of Combination of Evidence Theory

On the basis of analyzing the flaw of the formula, the paper proposes a new combination formula, according to a principle of distributing conflict mass to propositions or hypotheses which cause conflict mass. The result of a simulation shows that the method is able to combine highly conflict evidences and the result more accords with man’s experiment and intuition.
