Fratcal Image Compression Based on the Segmentation of Square Non-Symmetry Anti-Packing

Directed against the balanced optimization of the fratcal coding speed and decoding quality,based on the characteristics of human visual system,this paper uses visual threshold to optimize the non-overlapping square anti-packing segmentation method of images,establishes a self-adaptive segmentation mechanism of sub-blocks and applies it to improve fractal encoding.According to the experimental result,the algorithm in this paper can obtain 30 to 40times speed-up ratio and better decoding quality compared with the classical fractal algorithm of Jacquin.
