Curve cutting machine is a kind of key equipment for processing of R-type transformer iron core.Based on the speed and accuracy issue of the curve of R-type silicon steel sheet cutting machine,this paper research the control hardware program and software algorithms which can be applied to the high-speed curves of R-type silicon steel sheet cutting machine system.Through the theortical calculation of R-type silicon steel sheet cutting machine data and the R-type core curve data,achieving the high-speed and high-precision processing for R-type silicon steel sheet cutting machine.
