An Ontology-Based Approach to Reusing XML Schema

With the development of enterprises,they may find themselves faced with hundreds of XML Schema documents.The challenges of redundant and overlapping schemas can not be overlooked.This paper first discusses the possibility to describe the semantics of XML Schema using ontology,introduces an ontology-based approach to reusing XML Schema,and finally explains the approach through a detailed example.
