Grain is overproduction and Farmers' production economic results is dropping recently in black belt on Songnen plain. According to the regional characteristic , the obstacles factors of transform efficiently have been analyzed . the transform efficiently supporting system ,planting structure readjust system and the managing and selling system have been put up .the way transform by stomach , transforn by delicate and transform by green have been carried out .we want to organize a regional group productional model system and verify it by facts.
