Study of Hartley Transform Wavelet

The definition and basic nature of Hartley transform were introduced.The proposed wavelet which definitely may modulate the sine and cosine with finite and the infinite criteria as the window function expressed Hartley transform viewpoint,and made up the flaw that window Hartley transform relied on window width,and related it with the wavelet analysis.
