Research and realization of campus network traffic flow monitoring system

In order to manage the network easily and provide the reliable basis for the network promotion and the fault analysis,based on real-time monitoring network current capacity situation,this network current capacity monitoring software system is constructed.The system uses relational database management system(SQLServer2000) for storage and management of network flow data.And with Jbuilder2005 technology,a set of perfect convenient graphical user interface is designed as well,so the preservation of the campus network flow monitoring data flow is realized.Certain campus through the online application of the model shows that it not only provides the graphical user interface to show the historical data and real-time data intuitively by graphics mode,but also provides users with visual surveillance operation and management very easily and conveniently.This method is simple,performance indicators are better and can meet the needs of real-time monitoring of network traffic.
