Design of H.264 Video Encoder based on DaVinci platform

The migration based on TI’s new DaVinci processor TMS320DM6467 is discussed in this paper. The characteristic of the processor and the developing method are introduced. The communication between DSP and ARM is also proposed. Experiment results show that H.264 video compression algorithm can run successfully on this platform.
