Coding Method of MHTML and Its Application

Since HTML files do not code information,getting information from HTML files can be resolved by using HTML Parser. MIME Encapsulation of Aggregate HTML documents,such as MHTML,use the Quoted-printable encoding to format Chinese information. The information displaying must be transformed. This paper introduces encoding and decoding of MHTML as well as its algorithm and application.
