Development of MIS for irrigation district

Under the background of the IT be used more and more in the management of agriculture,production pointed to the common demand and real feature of the management in irrigation district,a powerful MIS with simple application and reasonable structure has been developed.The main function of this system are basic information service,real-time monitoring and automatic control,water need forecasting,water distribution,graph and table management,automatic office management,DBMS,system maintainance.The successful cases of application have shown that it's practicable with extension value,can be supplied the reference to build a MIS for other irrigation district.
