A new concept multipurpose watermarking camera is introduced based on the compressed domain video watermarking.It comprises of video capture device including camera tube and capture card,video compressing and watermark embedding device,and compressed bitstreamstorage device containing USB Series interface,mobile disk,touch screen,and LAN interface.When compressing video,digital watermark is inserted into the compressed video to be used for copyright protection,content authentication,and convert communication.The proposed camera can provide integrity and high credible video content because of its real-time video capturing, compressing,and watermark embedding.The test data demonstrate the effectiveness of our camera.
