Influence of individualized management on job satisfaction of new nurses

Objective To explore the effects of individualized management on job satisfaction of new nurses,thus to provide basis for the reform of nursing management mode. Methods According to the assessment of personality characteristics and coping styles,nurses were managed personally through reasonably separating departments,recognition intervention and training. Results The new nurses' overall job satisfaction and the dimensions of sense of achievement,personal and professional development,being complimented,interpersonal relationship,family and work balance were increased( P 0. 01). The factor score of rationalization in coping style was increased( P 0. 05). Conclusion The individualized management according to the assessment of personality characteristics and coping style can improve the new nurses' job satisfaction,then can stable the nursing team.
