Optimization of Heat Exchanger Networks and Utilization of Low Temperature Waste Heat in CDU/VDU

The heat exchange net in CDU/ VDU was investigated and diagnosed by pinch technology based on the net simulation. The reconstruction scheme of the heat exchanger network was put forward and carried out based on current conditions by comprehensive consideration, and then waste heat of the system was recovered. The benefits and capital costs were estimated. At last, exergy analysis of changed atmosphere vacuum distillation heat exchange net and unchanged net was carried out, exergy efficiency and exergy lose were obtained,the effect of net retrofit was analyzed.
