Post-Evaluation Method of Highway Meteorological Disaster in Flood Seasons Based on Grey Clustering and AHP

In order to determine the severity of the affected highway by the adverse weather in the affected provinces,Grey Clustering is combined with AHP to create the post-evaluation method of highway meteorological disaster in flood seasons,which can work for post-evaluation of highway meteorological disaster in flood seasons.The gray cluster analysis is mainly applied,and AHP is adopted to determine the weights of evaluation indicators,in order to achieve a combination of quantitative and qualitative,and maximize the potential advantages of the two methods.It can be concluded that the post-evaluation method can classify and sort the affected provinces,so as to provide correct subsidiary decision information for Ministry of Transpor-tation to set subsidies for road damage.
