Objective To evalucate the curative effect of endogenetic field tumor thermotherapy (EFTH) for advanced lung cancer (adenocarcinoma). Methods 68 patients with advanced lung cancer were divided into two groups at random. Group A: 36 patients were treated by combining chemotherapy and EFTH. Group B: 32 Patients were only treated by chemotherapy. Result The effective power of group A was 72.22% (26/36),and the one of group B was 46.87%(15/32).Their difference was significant. The main side effect was myelosuppression,and the one of group A was less than group B. Conclusion The curative effect of combining chemotherapy and EFTH is better than only using chemotherapy. Side effect of combining chemotherapy and EFTH is less.
