Case-based Reasoning for Development of Enterprise's Patent Strategy

Patent strategy of enterprise has significant meaning to promote enterprise's technology innovation and improve enterprise's core competitiveness. This paper constructs a framework of case-based reasoning for development of enterprise's patent strategy, and systemically studies the extraction of the case's characteristic information. Furthermore, in order to deal with the circumstance in which a new case can't be matched by an appropriate patent strategy in the framework, the paper presents a new method based on patent analysis and SWOT analysis to develop enterprise's patent strategy.
