A New Type of Video Interpretation System
U Yaxuan · Modern Electronic Technique · 2003
The video interpretation is an important system of modern optical measurement equipment. In order to increase the precision of video interpretation,a new and quick interpretation method, including automatic video interpretation and semiautomatic interpretation,is studied and presented. In video interpretation, the image stored in hard disk of computer is processed through preprocessing, dynamic threshold basing on the region combining is used to threshold, image morphology is used to decrease noise, the barycenter of target automaticallycomputed, then the efficiency and precision of interpretation is increased. The potential appli- cation of system is developed at a large extent, and is used well for reference for other analogous system.
