Correction of Query Conception in Web Search with Speech

It makes inputting query concepts more convenient by providing oral query interface with the help of speech recognition technology.However,accuracy of recognition is low since lots of proper nouns and expressions exist in query concepts.This paper shows a method for improving the accuracy of recognition in news field by using context knowledge of news.It confirms the recognition result by calculating news similarity between assistant concepts and backup results, which are gained by calculating pinyin similarity between recognition and concepts in conception database.Experiment shows that it acquires more accurate results in web news search application.
