Bounds Estimating Formulas on Eigenvalues of the Hadamard Product and the Fan Product for Tridiagonal Matrices

New upper bounds of the spectral radius on Hadamard product for tridiagonal nonnegative matrices,and new lower bounds of the minimum eigenvalue on Fan product for nonsingular tridiagonal matrices were given.The estimating formulas of the bounds are easier to calculate,and they are only depending on the entries of matrices A and B.
