The Characteristics of Lu Zaiyi's Compositions of Art Songs

Lu Zaiyi is famous contemporary Chinese composer.Many of the art songs he has composed have reputable influences overseas and at home,and have attained to considerable achievement of art.This paper introduces Lu Zaiyi's way to achieving his composition of art songs,and through analyzing his specific works to review three characteristics of his compositions: the choice of themes on profound feelings of love;emotional-expressive vocal melody;artfully structured harmony.
