This paper describes the key technologies, such as network technology, non structure database technology and workflow technology in OAS design.Taking the OAS of an enterprise as an exemple, the analysis design methods based on workflow chart and workflow realization technology based on Lotus Domino Notes workflow template are discussed mainly.
