Study on application of SaaS in major hazard installations monitoring and management informatization

The informatization of major hazard installation monitoring and management should be based on the most advanced information theory and technology.SaaS is the future trend of informatization.According to the technological properties of SaaS,the feasible analysis is carried out,important fields of application,such as professional mass data support,investment shortage,standard data acquiring and management,non-stop manned monitoring and cross-territory administration,are proposed,and detailed operation methods are examined.It is indicated that the development of SaaS information system should employ Web Service technologies,including REST,AJAX,API,etc,and the multi-layer security policy and technology are discussed in the article.
