Yu Ling · Journal of Liaoning Institute of Technology On Social Science · 2002
In this paper,a system scheme of the digital telephone meassage system with DSP and FPGA is introduced, which concerns the recording and replaying of compressed code pronounciations, compressive coding of G.729CS-CELP with TMS320C542,and system controling and address decoding with XC4005E. The problems analysis and solutions are also given.
