Correct displaying of Visual Basic program under different resolutions

If the resolution setup in VB programming is relevant to the environment of development, appearance of the program displaying would be changed. Sometimes, it might result in miss function. Two kinds of remedy methods are proposed as follows: adapting the VB program to the resolution set by the user, adapting the resolution to the VB programe.
