Analyses of Principle and Application of Magnetic Machinery Compact Spinning

Spinning principle and yarn quality of magnetic machinery compact spinning set were discussed.Structure,spinning principle of RoCos magnetic machinery compact spinning set were analyzed.Different point and same point of nesting principle in magnetic machinery compact spinning and negative airflow compact spinning were compared.Quality of magnetic machinery compact yarn and normal ring spinning yarn was tested,and economy of magnetic machinery compact spinning was analyzed.The result shows that strength of magnetic machinery compact yarn is a little higher than that of normal ring spinning yarn,strength unevenness of it is reduced,yarn evenness level is improved,hairiness of 1 mm ~ 2mm is increased,hairiness of more than 3 mm is reduced.Magnetic machinery compact spinning set has lower innovation cost,simpler maintenance,non energy consumption and better economy benefit.
