Games analysis between declaration and investigation on anthenticity of reporting information in grants application

In order to eliminate the scientific misconduct this paper exploits two game models,static games model and dynamic games model,to analyze both players' payoffs in this game.The analysis results pointed out what kinds of the investigative strategies and the strength of punishment that the agents of NSFC should adopt could eliminate the applicants' scientific misconduct in grants application
