Study on key techniques of operation ensuring platform for water resources information system

Along with a rapid development of the water resources informatization in China,it is more and more urgent to ensure the operation of the water resources information system well,so as to exert the benefit from the water resources informatization.The problems confronted with ensuring the operation of the water resources information system are studied herein and the key techniques for the construction of the operation ensuring platform for the water resources information system are described as well.
