High Efficient Flash Controller Based on Godson-I CPU

To impove the efficiency of Flash memory and meet the real time data storage of CM,a Flash controller is designed based on AHB using cache and queue technology,which realizes burst read from and implements asynchronous write to Flash.It has a performance analysis and test on CM SoC FGPA emulation platform with intellectual property rights.The results show that it improves access efficiency of Flash and throughput of CPU,with a high stability and flexible configurability.
