Data model is one of the central activities in the research of spatio-temporal database, moving objects are becoming more important due to the increasing number of application domains that deal with moving entities. A temporal-spatial model is proposed for the road network system. the model takes into account the spatial and temporal topological relationships and presents a new solution for the storage of mass datas. a draft schema based on the model is given for the integration of relational, object-oriented techniques.
