With the quick development of network,it is very important for company to implement data management and sharing system in local network.A new idea of combining data management,data sharing and data analysis in local network is put forward from the view of information sharing.The system is divided into four layers: Database layer,sharing layer,application layer and analysis layer based on practical requirement,which make the system not only do the work of data management and sharing quickly and efficiently,but also analyze and mine database to get some useful information.
