Design of VGA for Tuners

This paper introduces several typical circuits of variable gain amplifier(VGA).VGA is designed for tuners, using 0.18 CMOS process,suitable for digital video broadcasting-cable(DVB-C),and simulated by Mentor's simulation tool of analog circuits-Eldo.Finally results are suited for the requirements of low power,low noise, wide gain-range.
